What could be better than Parmigiano-Reggiano, the king of cheeses, Semolina Artisanal Pasta, and Lambrusco? Nothing! That's why, you'd have to be crazy to miss this Sunday's Parmigiano Cheese Cracking Party at Milkfarm in Eagle Rock from 5-7 p.m. Semolina will be there sampling our pastas, while owner/cheese monger Leah Fierro cracks a brand new wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano and pours splashes of Lambrusco, the fizzy, delicious Italian red wine.
