Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year--a whole day dedicated to gratitude, friends, family and copious amounts of really good food! But what to do when you fridge is packed with so many leftovers that you can hardly tell what's in there? Here are a few of ideas that I love:
Lemon Pesto Turkey Pasta from Simply Recipes: I'd sub Semolina Rigatoni for the farfalle here. The long tube shape is perfect for capturing the pesto and chunks of turkey meat.
Kabocha Turkey Pasta from NoRecipes: You can use whatever leftover squash you have for this recipe, even if it's pureed and Semolina's spaghetti.
Thanksgiving Leftover Mac 'n' Cheese from Food Republic: Try subbing our delicious conchiglie instead of elbows in this decadent mac and cheese, the sauce will seep into all the crannies of the shell.
Chicken and Swiss Chard Pasta Bake from the Kitchn: Switch out the penne for rigatoni, and the chicken for your dark meat turkey, stick in the oven and voila!
Turkey Bolognese from What's Gaby Cooking: Try this easy recipe over our spaghetti, or for baked pasta lovers, our rigatoni, topped with big chunks of mozzarella.
