Every month, a brand-new handmade pasta you won't find in the shop — the kind of labor-intensive, hand-shaped work a small team spends days perfecting — with everything ready for you to finish at home.
What it is
The Pasta Club is Leah's creative outlet — a chance to make the pastas we'd never put on the regular menu because of the sheer time they require. Stuffed pasta. Hand-shaped forms. Seasonal ingredients at their peak. Each month starts with a new idea, a new shape to perfect, and a sauce built around it from scratch.
We do all the hard work. Your job is to boil water and heat the sauce. What you pick up at the shop — or have delivered — is dinner at the caliber of a great restaurant, at your own table.
This isn't a pasta kit. It's a bespoke, perishable, monthly menu made by a small team that cares deeply about every detail. Plan accordingly.
Every box includes
A new shape or stuffed pasta every month — made entirely by hand, never by machine. Perishable and meant to be eaten within a few days.
Built from scratch to match the pasta. We cook it; you heat it. Finishing the dish takes about as long as it takes to boil water.
Usually a house-made Italian cookie or treat — ricotta cookies, pizzelle, butter cookie sandwiches. Occasionally we'll swap in a salad instead. It's a surprise.

The details
Each box is a full dinner — pasta, sauce, and a treat — priced per party size. For context, this is the kind of food that costs $30–40 a plate at a restaurant. We think it's worth it. We hope you do too.

Boxes are available for pickup at the shop or delivery in greater Los Angeles on the third Friday of each month.
Need to skip a month? Let us know before the end of the previous month and we'll pause your subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Table22.
We design menus for adventurous eaters. We often lean vegetarian for the broadest audience, but when we do something meat-based, a vegetarian option is always available — just select it when you subscribe.
We are unable to accommodate allergies. Please keep this in mind before subscribing.
