What it is

The Pasta Club is Leah's creative outlet — a chance to make the pastas we'd never put on the regular menu because of the sheer time they require. Stuffed pasta. Hand-shaped forms. Seasonal ingredients at their peak. Each month starts with a new idea, a new shape to perfect, and a sauce built around it from scratch.

We do all the hard work. Your job is to boil water and heat the sauce. What you pick up at the shop — or have delivered — is dinner at the caliber of a great restaurant, at your own table.

This isn't a pasta kit. It's a bespoke, perishable, monthly menu made by a small team that cares deeply about every detail. Plan accordingly.

Every box includes

A handmade fresh pasta

A new shape or stuffed pasta every month — made entirely by hand, never by machine. Perishable and meant to be eaten within a few days.

A house-made sauce

Built from scratch to match the pasta. We cook it; you heat it. Finishing the dish takes about as long as it takes to boil water.

Something sweet

Usually a house-made Italian cookie or treat — ricotta cookies, pizzelle, butter cookie sandwiches. Occasionally we'll swap in a salad instead. It's a surprise.

Wine pairing optional

Add a bottle selected to complement that month's menu. Available as an add-on when you subscribe through Table22.

February 2026

Goat Cheese Caramelle

Candy-shaped egg pasta from Emilia-Romagna, stuffed with creamy, tangy goat cheese in a delicate butter sauce flecked with Pecorino Toscano. Finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic from the legendary Acetaia Giusti.

Egg pappardelle stuffed with creamy celery root, swirled into nests and baked with a leek sauce spiked with chili de árbol and fennel seed.

Angliotti del Plin

Pinched Piedmontese pasta pillows stuffed with slow-braised short rib ragù in a rich pan sauce. Vegetarian: porcini-herb and black pepper with mushroom sauce.

Hand-rolled gnocchi made with roasted sweet potato and honeynut squash, finished with Swiss chard and brown butter.

Pricing

$50 for two · $90 for four

Each box is a full dinner — pasta, sauce, and a treat — priced per party size. For context, this is the kind of food that costs $30–40 a plate at a restaurant. We think it's worth it. We hope you do too.

When & how

Third Friday, every month

Boxes are available for pickup at the shop or delivery in greater Los Angeles on the third Friday of each month.

Need to skip a month? Let us know before the end of the previous month and we'll pause your subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Table22.

Come with an open mind

We design menus for adventurous eaters. We often lean vegetarian for the broadest audience, but when we do something meat-based, a vegetarian option is always available — just select it when you subscribe.

We are unable to accommodate allergies. Please keep this in mind before subscribing.
